શિક્ષણનો અસરકારક અભિગમ : વાતાવરણલક્ષી શિક્ષણ

               પરિવર્તન એ સંસારનો નિયમ છે. પરીવર્તનના આ નિયમ અનુસાર છેલ્લા કેટલાક ઘણા સમયથી ગૌરવવંતા ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં પણ અનેક ક્ષેત્રો માં આમૂળ પરિવર્તનો આવ્યાછે .જેમાંથી શિક્ષણજગત પણ બાકાત રહ્યું નથી. અન્ગ્રેજી સાહિત્યના મહાન નાટ્યકાર વિલિયમ શેક્સપિયરે પરિવર્તન ના નિયમને અનુલક્ષીને જણાવ્યું છે કે,
                                "Everything keeps changing in the course of time." 

                "સમયના વહેણ સાથે બધું જ બદલ્યા કરે છે. " પરંતુ આપના સમાજમાં તો ઝડપી બદલાવ આવી રહ્યો હોય તેમ લાગે છે .શાળા માત્ર શિક્ષણ મેળવવાનું જ સ્થળ નથી રહી, પણ બાળકની શક્તિઓં ને ખીલવવાનું અને પસંદગીની પ્રવૃતિઓ કરવાનું મુક્ત મેદાન બની ગઈ છે. ઝરણાની જેમ ખળ ખળ વહેતી શિક્ષણધારામાં નવવિચારોને સમાવવાની ઉત્સુકતા પણ જોવા મળી રહી છે. 

                     પ્રવર્તમાન શિક્ષણ વ્યવસ્થાનો અભ્યાસ કરતા જણાઈ આવે છે કે, આ શિક્ષણ વ્યવસ્થામાં પ્રાથમિક તેમજ માધ્યમિક કક્ષાએ રસના વિષયો કેળવવાની  અને તેમાં આગળ વધવાની તકો મળી રહે છે. આપની વૈદિક સંસ્કૃતિના શિક્ષણમાં જરૂરિયાતો ને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને શિક્ષણ આપવામાં આવતું હતું. આધુનિક -શિક્ષણમાં પણ કારકિર્દી નું એટલું જ મહત્વ રહ્યું છે આ કારકિર્દીલક્ષી શિક્ષણ હરીફાઈવાળા વાતાવરણ થી તંગ ના બની જાય, અને બાળકના રસના વિષયો પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ ના ભાગરૂપે વણાઈ જાય, તે હેતુથી ભણાવવામાં આવતા વિષયોને બે ભાગ માં  વર્ગીકૃત કરીને સંસ્કૃતિક તેમજ રસવાળા વિષયોને અભ્યાસના ભાગરૂપે આવરી શકાય આવા વિષયો નીચે મુજબ બે ભાગમાં વહેચી શકાય.

(૧) અભ્યાસક્રમ આધરિત વિષયો :

                       અભ્યાસક્રમ આધારિત વિષયો માં ગુજરાતી હિન્દી અંગ્રેજી  ગણિત વિજ્ઞાન અને ટેકનોલોજી સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન કોમ્પ્યુટર તેમજ સ્વાસ્થ્ય અને શારીરિક શિક્ષણ જેવ વિષયોનો સમાવેશ કરી શકાય. પરંતુ, આ અભ્યાસક્રમ આધારિત વિષયોની સાથે - સાથે બીજા કોઈ વિષયો કે જે બાળકો  જાત પસંદ કરી શકે અને પોતાના રસથી તેમાં કુશળતા પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકે તે પણ જરુરી છે . આવા વિષયો ને નીચે મુજબ  વર્ગીકૃત કરી શકાય.

(૨) વાતાવરણ આધારિત વિષયો:

                        કોઈપણ બાળકમાં સુષુપ્ત શક્તિઓ છુપાયેલી હોય છે, તે કોઇપણ સમયે દેખાઈ આવે છે.

જરૂર છે માત્ર તેને બહાર લાવવાની. જો વાતાવરણલક્ષી વિષયોને પ્રાથમિક કક્ષાએ અમુક ગુણભાર આપવામાં આવે તથા બાળકને પોતાના રસના કોઈપણ  વિષયને પસંદ કરવાનું સ્વાતંત્ર્ય આપવામાં આવે તો તે બાળકના અભ્યાસક્રમનો એક ભાગ બની જાય છે , અને બાળક આપમેળે જ વાતાવરણ આધારિત કોઇપણ પસંદ કરી તે માં સિદ્ધિ મેળવી શકે છે . વાતાવરણ આધારિત વિષયોમાં તરણ, શતરંજ, ક્રિકેટ , કબડ્ડી, લેખનકલા, વકતૃત્વ્કલા, સામાન્યજ્ઞાન, કરાટે, નૃત્યકલા, સુથારીકામ, લુહારીકામ, માટીકામ ,

સંગીત , ગાન  વગેરે ઉપરાંત સ્થાનિક કલાઓ તેમજ સંસ્કૃતિને લગતા વિષયો અલગ અલગ હોઈ શકે છે. 

વર્ગના કોઇપણ વિદ્યાર્થીને ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ વિષયો ઉપરાંત ની કોઈપણ નવી વિકાસલક્ષી બાબતમાં રસ પડતો હોય, તો તે બાબતને  વાતાવરણલક્ષી શિક્ષણમાં સમા વિષ્ટ કરી અભ્યાસક્રમ ની વિવિધતામાં વધારો કરી શકાય છે. પ્રદેશ કે વિસ્તારના વાતાવરણ મુજબ જુદા-જુદા વિસ્તારના વાતાવરણલક્ષી 

વિષયોમાં ભિન્નતા હોઈ શકે છે

Being Teacher

                     Above proveb says a lot about teaching profession.Being teacher is not an ordinary thing , if you are teacher it means you belong to the community of the great people like chanakya, Aryabhatta,Gijubhai Badheka , Mao -Tse -Tung, Socrates, Plato, and many other innovative persons of the world whom i can't mention here due to limited space and time . We have plenty of teacher's name to put in the list of the intelligents. So we have better chance to be the part of such a great community.Just bring out your thoughts and  work by yielding better students from our schools. we have an open ground of primary education system and innocent angels to work with.We are lucky enough to have a golden chance to spend our day with innocent smiling faces.
